Stripped existing roof, replaced rotten timbers, felt, latted, insulated and tiled using the old existing tiles at the clients request, removed a tree stump from the neighbouring stone wall.

Raked out existing pointing on exterior stone wall and re pointed. Supplied and fixed new stone coins, tiles for window cill, oak support beam, new window, supplied and made new shutters to suit. Supplied and fixed exterior double outside waterproof electrical socket, new zinc guttering to match existing.

All Terrace has been constructed and made private along with new exterior Oak staircase and stone balustrade and Pierre Dalle paving to include drainage and privacy screen. All the interior Kitchen has been renovated.
